Service Description

Your roof, foundation, stucco, siding, windows and doors, are all part of your home building envelope; the layer of waterproofing material behind your roof and exterior cladding is the crucial part of your building envelope and is the cause of water leaks and framing damage. Our inspection is bundle with infrared technology, professional moisture readers, and wall scanners that can detect moisture up to 4" inside a wall. This will give you a precise non destructive moisture reading and building envelope assessment, including a detailed report and quote for the repairs. This inspection included up to 100 sq ft surface and up to 1 window or door. Before booking an inspection we suggest our clients, to perform our self-assessment or talk to our front desk, alternatively you can book a visual assessment to avoid to book the wrong service. Note: In some cases building envelope inspection alone is not sufficient to detected the origin of the water intrusion and some different type of inspection needs to be combine with this inspection, like water test ran for simulated rain or infrared drone.
